People also need to realize that executive board actions are by NO MEANS automatically disclosed to all company personnel at every level or IR. Executive actions stay low key for reasons in any decent size small business or large. Can’t keep everybody up to the second on all company objectives or developments. That is a personnel juggling nightmare. Public companies are at a disadvantage sometimes with regards to that, because docs are publicly disclosed when you make a move and “good sniffers” catch a whiff and often figure it out before formal internal company announcements get made.

These boards are majority general public who have never been truly behind the scenes in business and all of the dynamics that happen on an executive level.

Not saying that one post email is real or fake. Just saying, people need to understand the timeframes iHub posters judge off of. The proven public docs hold merit, and personally the old owner emails hold more merit to me than any emails from the current company personnel unless it were from the fingers of the highest board executives.

IMO support ticket staff are not authorized to discuss corporate business or M&A. a question like that would be referred to IR or legal, if answered at all.
