It was during market hours. This afternoon between 3-3:30pm, the bid vs. ask was 0.0052 x 0.1112. There were 2M shares on the bid at 0.0052. After I posted, during the last half hour of trading, the bid moved up. 500k shares at 0.0053, then 55, 56, 60, 61, 65, 66, then 300k at 0.0075... until eventually there was a handful of shares bidding 0.01 until the market closed.
