Well, here a definition:
"Stock dilution refers to the issuance of additional stock by a company, for any purpose. Some of those purposes are bad for outside shareholders, some are neutral, and believe it or not, some are actually good."


It appears to be bleeding bit by bit lately. That Form 6K appears to be a decent explanation for that bleeding... Who did they issue too? How many shares? Under what terms? Was there a vig? If so, how much?

I believe you understand the dilution game played in the OTC. I wonder what the new outstanding share structure is?
