Keep in mind, the majority of these drugs are not entirely new - just combinations into a single pill. Gilead has said in the past that these drugs are not being developed further past this generation. The door is wide open for the next option. I can't imagine anyone in Gilead's M&A department is unaware of pro 140, which is a very purchasable drug.
