Blue, this is a really good post you have done here. Anybody who is a newbie or is thinking about buying should read it. I've tried before reading thru the CSHD board but I never could get to the meat of what is happening...it all seemed like a circus of bashers. I am saving your post and hope others will use it as a reference. This is my first day owning CSHD, and I know a lot of you have perservered. It looks like the day of reckoning is near and now I have my ticket to the show.

After you pay the $5 and get access, you want to search the Bartow County Deed Images (under Real Estate). Look in particular at Book 2106, starting from page 1. Or, just search Real Estate state-wide for "Conversion Solutions".
