While I concur that the Banks have to be severely penalized in order to root out Money Laundering by Drug Cartels thru these Banks, I am against ALL Drugs, Marijuana INCLUDED... The writer of this article is a known advocator for Marijuana...He seems to be advocating somehow Banks should 'legally' launder Marijuana trade money, since they are enabling the other Drugs' trade.

Its well documented now that elementary and middle school kids have been cutting classes and dropping out of school, as they are getting 'hooked' onto 'Marijuana Cookies' & 'Marijuana FUDGE BROWNIES', in Colorado & WA State.

I have personally witnessed, while I was on a work assignment in Seattle, some state government workers of WA State who were in staying at the same hotel for some WA State Govt Conference, have a 'Marijuana Zombie Party', at 10:00 PM in the night in the hotel courtyard...while they were 'hysterically laughing' while 'taking hits' from their Marijuana Joints (all, of course, 'PIAD FOR' by WA State Govt -AKA Taxpayers' Dime), they were Joking & bragging that it was their State Govt's Stupidity and Fault, for 'allowing' 'funding' of their 'Marijuana Trysts'...
