It's not cancelled, it will happen post the spin off. Once done, financing is stable and revenues uptick the R/S will happen to get us on another board. Hopefully we will get an update at the next results. But as the spin off 1-4-1, etc all take time and cost, would expect the spin off to happen March or April then RS is happen a couple of months later.
