We will never see a audit. Remember the bullshit about how we would
have 2016 and 2017 early this year as the supposed auditor had been
preparing them already for the phony merger. Now here it is 41 days
into this year and still this auditor who was working on the audit
2 years ago and still can't deliver. I would say if any auditor had
been working on a audit this long and still hasn't completed it is
a auditor who never has worked on anything.

I would almost bet you have a CPA investor who would audit your books
for free just to get a audit, but HannoverHouse will never ever have
a audit as the lies on the profits will never be exposed to the shareholders.

How many days does the auditor need to audit a company that has not
produced anything but lawsuits to audit? Eric you have lied for so many
years, and I personally think you should be held accountable.

How long has this form 10 supposed to of been ready and waiting on a
S.E.C. counsel and the auditor's letters. Never heard of a outside
S.E.C, counsel and what kind of auditor's letter would you need?
For things to have been so far along because of the merger, and
since HannoverHouse had no movies, and we don't see any cash only
law suits. How many firms have outside S.E.C. counsel? How many times
do you have to have the library re evaluated, so far it is every year,
and every year can't produce a audit. If the form 10 is complete how
can there be a need for more evaluations on the library which would
say that no way anything is done because you would need the evaluation.
So our CEO is lying as the 2 statements don't make sense.
