Knew I liked your common sense approach to things. Nothing else makes sense in this situation other than what you have clarified in your post. He's trying to make things better for all shareholders with an audit, shouldn't be punished for that. If it never happens then shame on him, but my odds are on Steve here.

Cimba: The purpose of the Mazars audit was to make sure everything is correct and current. An unknown debt was discovered. The audit is halted, can not move forward until this is resolved. This debt is currently being negotiated down to be paid and when it is, the audit can be completed. The unaudited fins was released to keep the company current. Where is the fraud or dciet? What's absolutely undeniable and phenomenal is this CEO's not afraid to list potential business transactions in a financial filing and name names of so many working it... something so rarely seen in the gutter of OTC.

What an exciting morning so far... and I'm glad to have picked up some at the dirt cheap rate earlier this week (couldn't believe .0018 WOW) but still picking up more here as it's such a bargain sale ... those who look for trips, rest assure not going back there, lol (oh and I was glad to get some of those... and even average up, ahahah)
