and we did; the rm was done in Dec 2016 and we heard immediatley. The delays here were caused by a particularly but not unusually long finra approval process which verified the legitimacy of our company from finra's standpoint. The company publicly filed notice of the asset transfer with the Secretary of State's office in Wyoming last November. The quiet since is acutally very encouraging to those of us expecting a fast rise to the Nasdaq; review the apo process.
