Really? Do you have any Corp. Doc's from Delaware to substantiate that claim. 13 G's only highlight the holdings of certain entities. Those holdings may have been existing for some time. SABBY and Mintz own in total about 7% of the total shares. Hardly a takeover. They may have filed the 13G/A in order to get whatever monetary distribution is due them when ARNI dissolves.

Just a bunch of talk about things that they know nothing about and can fool others that know nothing about such things, into buying shares before the dissolution. Good Luck!!
