CDEL is a Market Maker but kind a bad one I know you know that, so companies that use them mainly to sell share AKA bad guys..... These bad guys are so bad that they also buy shares aka the bid. (this is a good sign) this means the bad guys know a good company and are getting some for there people. Anyway I am old and very much high at this moment! IMO SEMPER FI
