I think it would have again been an issue in future submission... since Weezal would have certainly again been there to muddy up the water.

Assuming positive test results... I see no reason for Rexista to not get approval... but as I've said before... in my opinion, Regabatin is the jewel in the crown.

Whoever they partner Regabatin with, will more than likely buy 3 or 4 million shares at going rate - unregistered and no warrants - and I hope there would be a token payment of about $10 million along with taking on all future development costs.
