After hour trades, are called t-trades, and it is a way for a mm to hide what he or she is trying to do during regular hours trading, they happen during the day of normal hours, but they are reported usually 10 minutes after the day is over, most of the time, people will say its a sign of company diluting shares, but not all the time, sometimes mm are actually buying shares, you can usually tell, at what price they paid, if lower then actual close, which is the case here, most likely selling shares on the 2s, if they would have been reported higher the 2, then would be a better sign, if you put 2 and 2 together here, pretty obvious company is diluting big time, 2 billion shares last few months, and looks like few more 100m yesterday,,,ss is in big trouble, almost maxed out, with only 1b to go, minus last few days, is most likey under 1b,,,
