Excellent method. The last comparison to PR puts it all into perspective and ties it together. Sounds like we will be pleasantly surprised. Appreciate your strategy and math.

Way to much math for me but your numbers fall right where I expect between $1.25-$1.35 Mil revenues.

Only thing I believe you have wrong is there is 52 weeks in the year with 13 weeks per Q. Otherwise it looks spot on.

With the largest lab being shut down and pesticide testing equaling $1 mil outsourced in last years revenues anything is possible. Based on their mid Oct. revenues it is not within the realm of possibility to see $1.5 Mil. IMO just based on that PR. Yes efficiencies are getting better.

Brothcheld, Great post.

To answer your questions:
Q-What do you guys think?
A. --I really enjoyed reading the post, you really did some home work there. I really enjoyed the disclaimer.

Q- What do you guys think of the forecast?
A. --I have a low end estimate of $1,164,000 and a high end estimate of $1,397,000 so I think you are probably very close.

Q-What do you guys think of market reaction to either of these numbers?
A.-- In my opinion EVIO never reacts as well as I would expect to financials. We may see a 10%-20% boost but someone would immediately start selling into the run and send us in the other direction. LOL
I think if WW reduced the AS count we would see a nice run.

ALL IMHO

Awesome post BC. Makes sense to me.

The future is bright for sure.

Thanks for taking the time to post your analysis on EVIO next quarter projections. I'm hyped.

Tremendous breakdown of the numbers!
They could add 20% to the bottom line by opening Saturdays. Make it voluntary or schedule your staff every other Saturday.
I never turned down a Saturday or Sunday yet, and there's going to be a backlog, it seems obvious to me.
Nice work my friend!

Sorry I might be incorrect here but the fact that we got the pesticide approval doesn't mean the revenue increased by 35%. It just means the cogs decreased by 35%.

We were always getting that Revenue however after the certification it just means we don't have to pay somebody else that Revenue for testing.

Thanks for all of that hard work. Having a short attention span, I use a more simplified method to define my EVIO expectations.

1. First half of October = plus $250,000 X 2 = $500,000/month X 3 = $1.5M for the Q

2. Licensing fees are once a year so I just throw them in here as gravy and to make up for any testing shortfalls.

3. Same with consulting.

So $1,500,000 is my benchmark.

AND BTW/ FWIW:
at that rate of revenue = $6M per year with 25M OS (even if the recent dilution doesn't "hit" for 6 months, neither does full year revenues) = a TAR valuation of $1.26/ share. With expanded rosy parameters of 45% margins and reaching WW's goal of $9M in revenues (hmmm...) TAR gets $2.43,

I, for one, think that either scenario is pretty damn good for shares that were $0.50 just a short time ago.

JMHO
