That's 4.8 million, non diluted!!! Excellent news.. This should give the company somewhere in the range of 17-18 million in the bank. The other very positive, starts to clean up the cap table...The next warrant expiration sometime in September, $4.44's.. Once we get through the $4.44's, the cap table will most likely be sanitized.
