Ironically, if they don’t file the EMA on Feb 12th I will be annoyed but it will also make me even more suspicious that they are holding off to accommodate some kind of deal. There is no other explanation that makes sense to me. No, I do not believe it would be due to incompetence, a conspiracy, etc. Which the usual people will automatically suggest.
