IMO these people aren't going to wait around for Alper to "try to secure funding" to build facilities for them.. especially with recreational MJ coming this summer. The gold rush is underway and he's apparently missed the train.

How realistic is it to think that these people were licensed without proving they already have adequate experience, expertise, and funding to follow through? What can BLDV offer that's so vital, so proprietary that they can't be competitive without it?

Read through all the PR'S and official announcements...then ask how many have been realized and are generating revenue as promised.

All the above seems to explain why the stock has been drifting in and out of trips. IMO BLDV needs new leadership.. but Alper holds EVERY office and the single 69% super vote.
