I even asked the Management whether they are running this Company as if it's private.

They need to get a better handle on a lot of aspects. And they could begin by not bragging about themselves.

When they were posting those blogs and twitter updates, they gave us an impression that Company would be running with several deals. The reality however was completely different.

Things these folks can get away with.

I would humbly suggest that you attend the shareholders meeting. You can RSVP a spot when they announce it shortly. When I called ZNGY they told me to look for an announcement concerning the meeting shortly, possibly even today.
