Depending on the amount of attention it’s gotten, the worst it could probably get is Caveat Emperor status on OTC Markets IMO. It would have to be a seriously fraudulent company in order to get suspended. Luckily nobody involved in the Tubig pump ever touched or put their name on the ECCI shell.
