Good point...American companies operate under different standards, which should benefit the holders of their stock. I would like to see an 8k as soon as possible, followed by news backing up the filing. It would seem like a reasonable conclusion, if the news is exciting, the stock could run 200% or 300% on the news. The advantage we have is the low stock count.
