Might be a Brazilian ADVFN user. The profile link only seems to work correctly for UK ADVFN users. I donated just now and the profile link it generates for me is worthless too.

Just checked, he appears to be a Brazilian style stock promoter on Advfn private investor. Inactive after 2015, but woke up around the time of Advfn pluscoin push. So, if he's a promoter I guess 'bot' would fit well enough.
