SAGE's ceo has stated several times he wants nothing to do with a Big Pharma partner or a buyout. Jonas recently sold 223,000 SAGE shares so that alone screams to me no buyout. The proceeds from this offering will allow SAGE to run the P3s for 217 in MDD and later launch without BP's help.
