#4035 RE: Penny Great2000 #4034

What David Wong and the other Coco Libre principals did wasn't bad. Selling is fine and daddy. It's "how" they sold them was the problem. Giving them to some corksoaker hedge fund so they could skim every which way on the trade was/is the problem. It's a scorched Earth policy during the selling period.

Coco principals were expected to sell. Marley principals have interests/own House of Marley. They have ties to the family, the name, the brand, etc. They shouldn't be expected to sell, and frankly, their position here is small potatoes compared to their other Marley business interests. Even if their "exit strategy" isn't to wait for a buyout, one can reasonably hope they wouldn't employ the same seller of shares/ strategy as Coco. Unlike Coco, former Marley employees currently reside under $nBEV employment.
