PMTS job openings in 3 cities, other than in Nashville. This is just crazy.

Having so many job opening in labor jobs means something isn't going right. Just guessing but maybe it's a bad work environment, or they don't pay enough.

One thing I have noticed that might not be cost effective is PMTS may simply have too many facilities (4) and might be better served consolidating into fewer or just 1 facility.

I hope the new CEO is looking into all of these things.

Position summary:

Smart Card Operator is able to perform all operations of lamination, milling, embedding, pre-personalization, key rolling, quality and AQL tests as required by the job.

Essential Responsibilities –

Interprets and completes Micro-modules Inventory Form, Micro modules Router Audit Trail Form, Smart Card Router, Fabrication Router, MPR Work Instruction, APM Work Instruction, technical data sheet and Workmanship Manual to determine if cards and micro-modules meet required specifications. Smart Card Operator must be crossed trained with every machine in the Smart Card department. Must be able to enter data in to the ERP system.
Identify nonconforming products as appropriate.
Be able to detect defects or machine malfunctions. Troubleshoot and solve minor machine malfunctions. Measure dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation. Identify when machine output is outside of acceptable parameters. Perform corrective action(s) as required.
Visually examines cards to detect defects such as hickeys/voids, mis-registration, magnetic stripe location, signature panel quality, hologram quality.
Visually examines glue tape and micro-module for any defects.
Visually examines embedded micro-modules to detect defects such as holes, position and orientation of micro-module
Observe, report, and document quality data information on the Smart Card Shop Floor Finishing Ticket and other quality forms.
Perform major machine maintenance as directed by supervision and keep work area clean and

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for accurate machine setup, operations, loading and unloading of materials and error adjustments based on work instructions, checklists, product specifications and customer job ticket requirements

• Continually checks, monitors and corrects any quality issues that may occur during each customer job run to minimize downtime and waste

• Interprets and completes all Smart Card forms and documents that pertain to the Smart Card department with high accuracy.

SUMMARY: The Business Intelligence Developer (BID) will be responsible for contributing to the Reporting and Analytics across CPI globally. This role will be interacting with the business directly, often at the highest level, to understand the reporting needs and challenges and then work on creating solution for the Business. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Create Dashboards using Oracle BI Cloud service

5. Interact with report owners to establish/clarify their requirements and develop report specifications.
6. Build insightful reporting solutions and Support ad hoc BI requests.

Positionsummary:

Smart Card Operator is able to perform all operations of lamination, milling, embedding, pre-personalization, key rolling, quality and AQL tests as required by the job.

Essential Responsibilities –

Interprets and completes Micro-modules Inventory Form, Micro modules Router Audit Trail Form, Smart Card Router, Fabrication Router, MPR Work Instruction, APM Work Instruction, technical data sheet and Workmanship Manual to determine if cards and micro-modules meet required specifications. Smart Card Operator must be crossed trained with every machine in the Smart Card department.
Must be able to enter data in to the ERP system.
Identify nonconforming products as appropriate.
Be able to detect defects or machine malfunctions. Troubleshoot and solve minor machine malfunctions. Measure dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation. Identify when machine output is outside of acceptable parameters. Perform corrective action(s) as required.
Visually examines cards to detect defects such as hickeys/voids, mis-registration, magnetic stripe location, signature panel quality, hologram quality.
Visually examines glue tape and micro-module for any defects.
Visually examines embedded micro-modules to detect defects such as holes, position and orientation of micro-module
Observe, report, and document quality data information on the Smart Card Shop Floor Finishing Ticket and other quality forms.
Perform major machine maintenance as directed by supervision and keep work area clean and organized.
Operator I Skills (No experience is required)

Correctly identify module reels and match them to job ticket.

Correct splicing of modules and adhesive film.

Perform set-up tests/FAIs.
Backside spot pressure, Three wheel, Wrap and Key Rotation.

Fill out correct first article inspection checklist

Fill out start-up checklist for each machine.

Correctly update Shop-floor transactions.

Balance job at the end of shift as well as balance modules properly.

Clean machine at the end of shift.

Interpret depth graphs and adjust Z delta milling parameter correctly.

Load key rotation data into machine ready to run production.

Measure chip placement on projector and adjust X and Y pick and place to center chip properly.

Change milling bit and calibrate milling station .

Demonstrate understanding of product quality criteria (i.e.
card markings, gaps between chip and cavity, scratches, etc)

Use Valid Delta parameters to enlarge or decrease P1 cavity for minimal gaps between chip and cavity.

Performance expectations after 60 days of employment:

Must average 25,000 cards or better per shift over a 30 day period.

Must demonstrate scrap rate to be 0.5% or less over a 30 day period.( scrap is defined as ‘scrap with chip’ )

Operator II Skills (>1 year of experience or completed certification test)

Operator I skill requirements plus:

Create a key rotation file correctly as well as load into machine ready to run production.

Troubleshoot basic key rolling issues.
Identify script versus key errors.

Create MCD-ID list and rename file into folder.

Locate a jam on machine and correct the situation by removing jammed card and homing belt.

Change machine over to Dual Interface tooling setup.

Change machine over to 6 or 8 pin tooling setup.

Troubleshoot milling, lamination and embedding stations.
Troubleshoot Level I is required.

Print and complete all process steps required for test jobs per the smart card ticket.

Calibrate Antenna and Contactless stations for Dual Interface jobs.

Able to use Quantum Machine

• Implement sourcing-related systems using the right technology to support the procurement functions ensuring usability of systems for all global employees. (RFP, Spec Doc library, reporting, reverse auctions, scorecard, sourcing, and administration)

Leadership
• Collaboration: Lead and Collaborate across internal and external user groups to ensure active participation that delivers results. Successfully influence all user groups to align on the cost reduction opportunities implementing sourcing strategies to enhance, develop and transform the business.
• Represent Strategic Procurement (Corporate Services) for all events and contracts/events that require complex business transformation of the category
• Customer Focus: Develop and sustain productive internal and external customer relationships
• People Management: Facilitate and drive the implementation and acceptance of change within the workplace; tenaciously working to meet or exceed those goals while deriving satisfaction from the process of goal achievement and continuous improvement

• Communicate effectively to upper management and outside contacts and administer internal compliance to impacted business units, leaders, and purchasing staff.
• Identify, direct, and develop site level employees on best practices ensuring compliance to cost reduction practices
• Coordinate with site level purchasing agents, demand managers, and vendor managers to develop policies, monitor internal and external compliance with those policies, and take corrective actions as appropriate
• Answer complex inquiries requiring interpretation of policies

CORE REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor degree preferred (Supply Chain or Finance back round preferred)
o 5+ yrs experience in leadership roles
o Procurement and/or Buying experience
o CPA, CPM, or other relevant professional designation is helpful
o Experience with IT systems in purchasing, vendor management, demand management, inventory and fulfillment processes and procedures wieht payable, inventory, and reporting systems, as appropriate to category.

o Costs and cost components (materials, labor, commodities, facilities, shipping, storage, special technologies and services)

Summary
Lead the FP&A Department for a growing manufacturing business that delivers world class payment products such as your debit and credit cards. CPI is looking for someone who has built FP&A processes from the ground up and manufacturing experience is preferred.
This role will spear-head the Company’s financial forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects. S/he will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis and other projects requested by senior management.
This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making. Directs and oversees competitive financial analysis and statistical studies. Reviews reports on historical and future trends in performance, return and depreciation to determine appropriate paths for financial development. Reviews forecasts for a variety of departments and business opportunities
The direct reports to this role include one to two FP&A Managers and one FP&A Analyst. The position works closely with our incredible and fun executive leadership team, including reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.


What you do
Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
Develop financial models and analyses to support the company strategy
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
Support Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis and recommendations
Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures and identify areas of opportunity
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
Evaluates optional plans by identifying outcomes and potential returns

What we ask from you

Bachelor's Degree; MBA highly preferred
8+ years’ experience in the field of Financial Planning and Analysis
5+ years’ in a Director level role

Position summary:

Position is responsible effectively preparing, operating and maintaining Smart Card equipment including lamination, milling, embedding, pre-personalization, key rolling, quality and AQL tests under direction of Smart Card Lead to ensure the production and timely delivery of high-quality plastic secured dual interface chip cards according to customer specifications and Company quality objectives

Essential Responsibilities – describe the major responsibilities of this position.

Interprets and completes Micromodules Inventory Form, Micromodules Router Audit Trail Form, Smart Card Router, Fabrication Router, MPR Work Instruction, APM Work Instruction, technical data sheet and Workmanship Manual to determine if cards and micromodules meet required specifications.
Able to operate all Smart Card machines based on specific work instructions and according to hands on training received
Responsible for accurate machine setup, operations, loading and unloading of materials and error adjustments based on product specifications and customer job ticket requirements
Continually checks, monitors and corrects any quality issues that may occur during each customer job run to minimize downtime and waste
Performs minor preventative maintenance and repairs and reports any mechanical defects to Smart Card Lead on assigned equipment
Maintains an accurate record of all completed work in shop floor data system and/or manual forms as required
Completes required audit paperwork based on job stage and equipment operated
Complies with ISO 9001:2000 certification for all areas of responsibility
Ensures completed product is staged in next work area with appropriate job ticket information attached
Keeps materials, supplies, product carts, boxes, cartons and other supplies needed stocked in department and notifies Smart Card Lead of any inventory order needs
Maintains acceptable productivity, quality, service, spoilage, security and safety goals
