Why do you guys care so much about the Authorized Shares? (I assume that is what the A/S stands for?) Lots of companies out there have no limit on their authorized shares - unless you have no faith in the board to determine when and for what purposes they issue shares, then why the concern? They'd still need a board resolution to issue any securities.
