"Yeah, Its called a temporary halt (a good thing) designed specifically to "allow the market to absorb"...dont be suprised to see it happen here."

Those types of "halts" for news are only done by Exchanges. They are not done on the OTC. If a stock is "halted" by FINRA, there is nothing really "good" about it.
