At this point a monkey could run IHSI lol. That being said, I think electricians as a whole are a smart crew. I do think there qualified to run it because they know the ins and outs of the field. Run it successful? That's a whole new world. I personally feel Devon is barely qualified to hand out carts at Walmart at this point.
