yes it was nice to see the recovery as you stated. I was speaking to Hugh fro IR the other day (last week) and he told me that Rob was looking at locations for new labs. Now, that was in a phone call and I wont hang my hat on it until I see a PR or actual land lease/purchase.

I hope that we get some news before the financials are due at the end of the month. we could have a big jump with decent financials, and an announcement of Xlab progress..
