Might even be MORE. What they are paying now is a temporary rate. 30k or so. Of course in their filings they tell you this but show ONLY the 30k rent for years out. It then goes to the HIGHER of .38cents a square ft or 1.5% of total sales. From ACAN to related parties. Now ACAN has to find a way to get medical renters to cover that plus try to make a profit for its shareholders. And of course all this MUST be approved by regulators who are on the prowl for non profits and RELATED parties working together with outrageous lease terms.
