The main line is for Customer Service. People are stupid. They asked for the order # and etc... You have to asked to speak to Representative from Corporate Office. They will tell you if Village Tea is on the list. They will not disclose any specific dates, but they can CONFIRM there's business that's the only confirmation, because I asked to see if I could order some Village Tea on QVC.
