Okay, fair enough.... again please ask him what other reverse Chinese mergers has he executed on since he was brought as the “expert” on reverse Chinese mergers.... surely he can tell you that, right? Alexander Lee et all couldn’t have any problem w/ him releasing that info, right?
Thanks Witty your due diligence is more than enough to remain confident that the reverse merger will materialize sooner than later. Anyone thinking of capitulation at this point is throwing 2 years of support and investment away at the time that some real progress appears to be coming. Keep in mind that the Chinese have deep pockets from what I remember from a post months ago and they have cultural differences which even Frack has to abide by in the scheme of things. They aren't as aggressive with getting things done as rapidly as Americans would like. Willing to wait this out and any contact with Mr Lee would be great to hear from one of the main principals.
