I interpreted that as they expect to find a partner, not that they've found one. On page 13, however, they show in black all the things that they've funded with a check mark but things that haven't been funded are in red. So perhaps they've just funded the initiation of Phase I Clinicals on INM-750 and not actually started the Clinicals. Hard to say without further info.
