Maybe they dilute immediatly maybe not. But these results will be a significant material event for this company that should increase the value significantly. And new trials for oral will start again too which should add even more value.

Institutional interest is increasing.. IMO they are trying to squeeze out retail. Hence the faked data and a whole crap load of wash trades.
