This is entirely and frightfully true. If the Senate somehow kills bill C-45 then it doesn’t matter for anyone invested in any of these LP’s, we are all screwed. At least Namaste still has revenues from vaporizers, has Namaste MD platform, and owns no cannabis that will be useless.

I don’t see that happening though. After listening to all 2 hours of the Senate hearing today, I feel like the conservatives in the Senate are merely trying to bring up concepts for the liberals to consider. I think at most they may get the Conservatives to move back the legalization date to like Sept which would not be awful
