No Hex Till Dilution Lifted .....

Sure Steve will reduce shares when new ticker takes place but until debt paid off no Hex IMO.

If he wanted to change name it could take place tomorrow but dilution would have to cease. As of right now you can dilute 5 million here, 5 million there and just increase share count.

Also impossible to audit when adding shares weekly. Once that done audit will be a cake.

Hopefully that takes place soon.

Just to update the post I'm responding to. Here are some hypothetical scenarios on just how dilutive the LAM settlement could become.

Closing Price - How many shares will need to be issued to LAM
.002 - 545 mil shares
.0015 - 727 mil shares
.001 - 1.09 Bil shares
.0005 - 2.18 Bil shares

Prospect of a RS??? or AS increase??? The prospect becomes a "likelihood" as the stock price continues its downward spiral. LAM may be dumping because it's expecting that to occur. People who are planning to flip so-called "cheapies" may be "catching a falling knife."
