It doesn't show verification timeouts. Maybe what's happening is that after clicking on I'm Not a Robot, the "Claim PLUSONE" above it isn't being clicked and the captcha is timing out. I had issues figuring that out when I first looked at it.
This is a horrible idea! You know this will be abused to highlight BS posts. I would think giving preference to posts is a violation of TOS. Considering anyone can post absolute BS on these boards all we need is a group plus1ing this crap to highlight absolute garbage. This is hardly going to enrich the posting community! I would suggest cleaning up the TOS posting rules with some common sense guideline reviews which would be a far better way to enrich the posting community!
