Exactly...they wouldn't even need to be movong one of their subsidiaries into RSHN. They could own an equity stake in the shell and the CEO could roll any entity into it. POTN would lend use of it's resources to help grow the new company with POTN still functioning as a holding company.

My guess is that's why you're starting to see some volume here. Part of that 'equity position'.

there are a multitude of reasons, but in the case of POTN who is a "holding company", they would use this shell to create a new subsidiary business in the CBD/MJ market. this allows the holding company to profit in subsidiary company activities, while providing a layer of protection to the holding company against any lame Fed/state prosecution to the subsidiary.
