Living in Canada I know how long it's taken the govt up here to get their ducks in a row as it pertains to their pending full-fledged mj legalization in July...so imo it's only a matter of time until the South African govt begins granting the permits and mj license many of us believe are coming soon.
And I still think the ICO is a fantastic material development too...talk about creatively coming up with non-dilutive financing methodologies right!
Just gotta let this story play out for a few more weeks and when CEO Duffield delivers all the goods he says are coming...this table's gonna be heatin' up BIG time right cheers;)
