Did think the same: let go IPCI bankrupt, what happens with the patents --> Chinese firm buys them for a nickle. Any thoughts?

Jack, we DO NOT KNOW if he is "forming" a new company in China. Could be the translation of the article that is misleading. We DO KNOW that he was "involved" with setting up a new company in China. His involvement is unknown.

Until we get clarification we are all in the dark on this

Enough of the bs. There is plenty wrong with the company, but it is highly highly unlikely Odidi would be creating a company in China apart from ipci. He has fiduciary obligations to the company. Such a move would open him up to serious personal liability.
