No, he lied. He specifically said the fins would be audited on time. Then members of this board stated they spoke with him that day, and audited fins would be released. Are you going to sit there and tell me, that you truly believe he didn't know the fins would not be audited??? He knew the fins were not going to be audited for weeks, maybe months.(months is my opinion)
This would have been a whole lot better, had he beat Q and Berd to the punch and just been upfront and honest. Instead we get a stupid letter stating there was an unpaid item in Delaware like it just came up out of no where. Stop cutting him slack, he lied plain and simple. If we do get audited fins, it doesn't change the fact he lied this time around.
