They need to stop over thinking the processes. Maybe a second opinion from a different legal source than they currently use would help. If I were CEO I definitely would have given you the opportunity to help the company.

Good job BBD. I was blocked from their twitter for asking NAUP, reasonability of their high salary for a struggling startup, Enertrade deal, disappearance of Institutional investor, and last but not the least, Byron Young's $100M revenue projection for FY17.
