There is no Malone and Bailey.

Malone and Bailey, PC was changed to MaloneBailey, LLP back on 11/5/2003.

MaloneBailey is in fact located in Houston, TX.

They did work for almost 100 firms in 2017.

Yes, it is very likely that NEWC's financials are not auditable.

But that is almost certainly not the only issue. The SEC comments regarding the Form 10 Filing which NEWC never bothered to respond to were very telling. NEWC's claims about the coal properties were BS and would have been exposed in any SEC filing made after the SEC comments were issued. It was not a coincidence that NEWC stopped filing thereafter.
