Bottom line, ICOs would be stopped immediately if they were on a total war against ICOs, which is your implication. Just a warning to watch out with the high number of new ICOs. Can't handle the heat, get out the kitchen. Unexplained terrain, go ahead and miss out. Crypto and ICOs are the future. Innocent before guilty, not the other way around.
