And zero worries there ever will be one (a stuckholder meeting) with the threat of having to actually account for all the years of complete BS. Too silly to contemplate, so the desperate and broke shareholders do what they always do.. blame something else and pretend, and they seem to love digesting the BS for the most part. There's nothing related to actual investing in the real capital markets or any attempt at that type of discussion... evah!
