Just BS, a lot of pink scams are DTC/DWAC eligible. Obviously, this scam shell did something in the past that caused them to lose its eligibility.

Please explain how DTC transfer from one account to another account enhance liquidity?

Most firms don't permit retail clients to use this process anymore.

As far as clearing, it is T+2 and clears automatically. Registered with the SEC does not hinder nor advance this process.

Eric has never been to DTCC, set foot into a clearing house nor has cleared a trade in his life.
