At this point there is no bad day for news, there are OTC stocks that are green today that issued news, this stock needs to have any sort of news to drum up interest before it really crashes and news won't even be enough to get it back to these levels

Not a good day for sure in the markets! But that is irrelevant to the Pink sheet stocks. In fact, it is reasonable to surmise that they might even have a negative correlation! Remember folks, the OTC market is a different animal.
