Nothing was ever going on here except the ongoing SCAM; it's just been moved from one scammer (Margrit Eyraud) to another (Paul Strickland).

The last PR referencing Moroccan nomads was so completely ludicrous I can't imagine anyone, anywhere, taking MRIB as a serious business.
