While technically there could be actionable defamation in the subject article, as I said, you have to pick your battles. The folks in Clarence will call those shots, not us. I trust them entirely to make the right calls on such matters.

Anyone who sold on the basis of that piece is an idiot, and we don't need them around.

Not so necessarily, mostly they stretch the law to the nth degree and where they do stray over the line, they count on lax, underfunded enforcement... very much like these shyster-type stock market operators that you defend.
