OK, a stupid question; why does TRW spend money on the heater now when SIAF (seems to be) despearate on cash? The boiler is used purely for winter, i.e january-march, and for 2018 the boiler will only be an advantage for March.
Does this mean that;
1) SIAF has the needed cash to repay Loan 1 (and the loan from D'Alessandro),
2) That SIAF is 100% sure that the TRW-loan will be closed in time to repay debt to SIAF so that SIAF can repay its debt,
3) They were planning/hoping on having the heater done a month or two earlier, but ran into delays (we had consultancy on this for CA in Q3), or
3) That Solomon has very little influence on the partners in TRW and has to sacrifice (the shareholders of) SIAF?
I don't understand the priorities, but I don't see the whole picture either.
